Established in 1975, the company grew as a manufacturer of cathode-ray tube parts (BAND,FRAME)
to SDI. In order to extend the business to the sound field,
the company added new area for THE TUBE AUDIO AND SPEAKER SYSTEM in 1991.
With much interest in the audio equipments business, the company established "Emille" brand
(originated from traditional large bell of Shila Dynasty of Korea)
to manufacture and market high-end tube amplifiers and speakers in America, Europe, and Asia.
Emille brand strives to offer its products in the outstanding quality for reasonable price
with highest satisfaction as well as combining technology and workmanship as Emille's symbolic meaning.
Emille will continue to deliver the quality products and become trushworthy manufacturer.

1. Amplifier construction line
The facility enabled fully hand-made assembly of amp, and the assembly process is divided into
substrate ASSY and chassi ASSY. After these two process, the products form shape of finished goods. Then
tubes are placed, and the product goes through FULL AGING TEST for 48 hours after final testing.
Once products pass the tests, they will be ready to be shipped.

2. Final testing facility for amplifiers
This final testing facility exists to produce the top quality sound. The testing process consists
complete review on construction, processing, operation condition, as well as details on each part
of the amplifier. Also, consumption of electricity, audio output, temperature response, as well as
mechanical performance are inspected. Neverthless, physical testing alone is not sufficient to
inspect performance of an amplifier, therefore, final testing is done by experts ears to reach the
final verdict on finished products quality.

3. Shrinkage band production line (SDI)
Using resistance welding machine ( projection welding type + SPOT welding type),
this facility manufactures large-sized with the TV cathode-ray tube part with
GALVALUME(ALUMINUM, ZINC, STEEL a compound metal) in a fully automated line, and all of
its products are delivered to SDI (Samsung). They are also researching and developing large-sized
BAND using a new material (material-NKK) jointly with SDI, and they are testing on 32" OMEGA line.

4. Frame production line (SDI)
Frame production facility produces TV cathode-ray tubes with cooling rolling steel sheet using
PRESS, and they manufacture 15" CDT, 19" CDT, 21/28"W in fully automated production line, and the
entire products are delivered to SDI (Samsung).
